Speckled Wood Butterfly

A Speckled Wood Buttterfly embroidered onto brown spotty printed cotton, with brown and cream shades of threads. 

The Butterfly embroidery is mounted onto a printed reproduction of one of my original embroidered and felted artworks of our garden. We love to see all the butterflies here in the summer. There is no glitter on this card.

I have made this design to celebrate our beautiful countryside here in the West Pennine Moors.

There isn't really room for a personal greeting on the front of this design.

Here is my photo of the fields at Guide where Hares, Lapwings and very many more butterflies live. Can you spot the Hare in the centre between the fence posts?

We will be donating £1.50 from the sale of each Hare, Lapwing and Speckled Wood cards sold, to our local campaign to try to save our Greenbelt fields from being made into a buisiness park.
