• Q: Why do you only use PayPal?
  • A: You (or anyone!) do not need to have a PayPal account to use this payment method.You can use any credit or debit card to pay.
  • PayPal is a very secure payment method which is trusted by millions of small businesess across the globe. 
  • We are a very small company and cannot afford the large bank charges. PayPal only levy a small charge to us on each purchase.
• Q: Do you use the PayPal address as the shipping address?
  • A: We always use the address you enter into the shipping address fields at the checkout.
• Q: When will you send my order?
  • A: We aim to dispatch your order the same or the next day. If your card is to go directly to your recipient, it helps us if you can tell us the date you would like your card to arrive, especially if you have ordered it in good time, or if the card is urgent. Occasionally, we may take a short break from normal business. If this is the case, delivery information will be visible on the delivery information page, and at checkout. 
• Q: Do you include an envelope with the greeting cards for me to send on to someone else?
  • A: Yes! We always supply a good quality envelope with each card in your order for you to send on to your recipients. We also wrap the card and envelope in a recycleable cellophane bag, to protect the card during shipping, and storage etc.
